Demarco Gallimore AKA "Fedie Demarco", managed to survive growing up on the crime ridden streets of Watts, California in the Imperial Courts neighborhood.
Fedie's inspiration comes from the depressed lifestyle his family has endured over the years. Being the nephew of the legendary Stanley "Tookie" Williams carries a lot of burden on Fedie's shoulders. After the execution of his uncle, Fedie made a promise to utilize his God given talents to continue the legacy of educating youth through reading and writing programs. His willingness to master his craft by spending countless hours writing, reading and recording, sets him apart from all other artists trying to break through.
While other artists struggle to create an identity for themselves, Fedie's image and talent cut through all barriers. Fedie will, without a doubt, redirect and energize a Hip-Hop music industry that has slipped into a coma. You can count on his influence, style and presence to spawn a revitalized movement from his attack and dealing with controversial issues that exist but are not freely spoken. Having the guidance and support of the OG Ice-T will cement his position in history as a major influential artist of our time.
